Due to the severe, extremely cold & snowy weather conditions we are experiencing at the present time and the impact this is having on staff levels, mail and postal services, all shipping of orders placed from 12/01/10 onwards may be delayed by up to 3 or 4 working days.

2nd Class Post - Friday 18th December 2009
Next day courier services to Mainland UK for before Christmas delivery will operate upto a final shipping date of 23rd December 2009

USA & Canada - Thursday 10th December 2009
Australia & New Zealand - Friday 4th December 2009
Europe & Eire - Friday 11th December 2009

The Royal Mail Postal Workers strike action for 6th November and 9th November 2009 has be cancelled and Royal Mail deliveries and collections will go ahead as normal.

As a result of the Postal Workers strike action over the last two weeks and the news that further strike action is planned for the next two weeks, we have contracted with an overnight Courier Parcels Delivery Service. We are now offering next day delivery to the UK (from date of shipping) as an additional product in the Shipping Upgrade Section of our site for only a small additional cost. Click Here For Details.

Royal Mail workers will be on strike on 29th October, 30th October and 31st October 2009. This is likely to seriously disrupt deliveries thoughout the UK during the strike period and for several working days afterwards. It also means that we will not be able to dispatch any packages National or International on 29th October 2009 or 31st October 2009 because the strike will affect collection centres and no collections will be taking place those days. Even if your area is not suffering from a strike, the delivery of your order may be affected if there is a strike at one of the main sorting depots or the sorting/onward shipping hubs up and down the country.

Please note that our method of calculating shipping charges has changed. Shipping to the UK remains the same at £3.00. Shipping to all International Destinations, including Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand will now be calculated based on both the weight and value of the order. We have introduced this method to ensure that shipping costs for all customers are equitable and fair and more accurately reflect the true costs of shipping orders to International Destinations.

Using your Credit or Debit Card to Make Payment - Please click on the Orange button on the screen after authorising your transaction in PayPal to return to our website.
Please do not terminate the transaction on the PayPal web site, doing so means your order is not confirmed with us. Our order system automatically refunds the payment and cancels the unconfirmed order.
