Monday 31st May 2010 is a public holiday in the UK and the US. All Friday confirmed orders placed after 11.00 am (28/05/10) and all weekend confirmed orders (29/05/10 - 31/05/10) will be shipped on Tuesday 1st June 2010.

Monday 3rd May 2010 is a public holiday in the UK. All Friday afternoon (30th April) and weekend (1/2 May) orders will be shipped on Tuesday 4th May 2010.

Update from Royal Mail for Mail to The USA and Canada - Mail posted between 15th - 17th April and since 21st April will be dispatched sequentially. Items posted btween 18th - 20th April have been sent by sea container for arrival in the USA on or around 30th April. Flights to Canada have also resumed and flights containing mail posted before 21st April started on 22nd April. For more information please visit www.royalmail.com/internationalupdates/

UK Airspace will re-open from 22.00 hrs (gmt) 20th April 2010 on a phased basis and flights to and from international destinations will begin to return to normal. It may take several more days for the mail system to settle back to normal, but it is likely that orders will take longer to arrive with international customers than is the normal 5-7 working days for another week or so due to the backlog that has built up in the mail system.

As all our packages to destinations outside the UK are shipped by air, we have been advised by Royal Mail, that there will be a delay in the shipping process due to the closure of UK airspace resulting from the presence of Volcanic Ash in the upper atmosphere from the volcanic activity currently ongoing in Iceland.
We will still ship international orders and place them into the shipping system, but it is likely that orders will take longer to arrive with customers than is the normal 5-7 working days.

Royal Mail increased their postage prices from 6 April 2010 due to inflationary and other reasons. As a consequence of this we have had to raise our shipping costs. The cost of shipping to Europe and to destinations outside the UK and Europe have therefore increased by a marginal amount. Please visit the Shipping Information page for more details on our new shipping costs.

We have now made amendments to the shipping module for UK customers and are now able to offer our Courier Next Working Day shipping as an option at checkout rather than as an additional product purchase. UK based customers will now see this shipping option presented to them as a choice on the checkout-shipping page. We have updated the details on the Shipping Information page to reflect this.

Using your PayPal Account to make payment - Please Wait Until PayPal Automatically Returns You To Our Web Site Before Moving To Another Site.
Using your Credit or Debit Card to Make Payment - Please click on the Orange "Return To Merchant" button on the screen after authorising your transaction in PayPal to return to our website.
Please do not terminate the transaction on the PayPal web site, doing so means your order is not confirmed with us. Our order system automatically refunds the payment and cancels the unconfirmed order.
