Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate priority. We are happy to accept returns if, for any reason, an item does not meet the details given in our web site. Returns must be received within 14 days from purchase for UK customers or 21 days from purchase for International customers.
If you wish to return an item then please email us using the form on the Contact Us page to let us know why you wish to return your purchase and follow the procedure for making returns set out below. Please note that purchases must be returned in their original condition.
This returns policy does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons or chain cut to lengths specified by the customer because this is a custom item.
Returns Procedure
Contact us via email using the form on our Contact Us page and let us know what the problem is. Don’t be embarrassed about doing this. We can’t fix the problem if we don’t know what it is!
Should you need to return an item as a result of poor workmanship, damage incurred in the post or as a result of our mis-description of an item on the web site, email us with a description of the problem. We will issue you with a unique returns code and ask you to send the item back to us. If you are an International customer we will ask that you return the item, pay an insured postage rate to cover the value of the item and once you let us have sight of the postage costs we will refund them to you. Write your unique returns code on the back of your package.
If you are returning an item because it simply doesn't meet your requirements and there aren't any faults or damage or you bought the wrong size for a matching piece, then customers are responsible for all postage fee's in returning the item to us. Refunds, in such circumstances are at the sole discretion of dichro-findings.co.uk. and you must contact us first via email using the form on our Contact Us page, to ask us if we are happy to do this. In this case no refund will be made for any item that can not be re-used, custom items, PayPal and Bank processing fees, nor our postage costs. If we agree for you to return the items to us for a refund, we will issue you with a unique returns code and ask you to send the item back to us. Write your unique returns code on the back of your package.
Please carefully check the sizing and length of items before purchasing. Please also ensure you have read our Product Information pages with regards to the 'description' of our pieces. Photographic representations of products do not form a part of the description of the products for the purposes of sale, they are simply an indication of the nature of the product.
No refunds will be issued until returned items are recieved by ourselves. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any returns whatsoever, are properly insured, have the correct postal value and are satisfactorily packaged to prevent damage during transit through the postal system back to us. We will not refund for any items which have already been used, adjusted or made into complete jewellery items of any description.
Short Orders/Missing Items
If, after checking your package and protective material very carefully, you believe an item is missing, then please email us using the form on our Contact Us page and let us know. Whilst we do check and pack each purchase carefully, we aren’t infallible and may sometimes make mistakes!!
In this case, as soon as we know about it and we are happy that the mistake is ours, we will rectify it by sending out the missing item. If an item is missing as a result of package damage during postal transit we will re- send the item to you or offer a refund for that item or a suitable replacement of the same value. The choice is yours to make.
In the case of incorrectly sent items, please let us know. Once we have received the incorrect items back here with us we will be happy to refund your shipping costs in returning them to us and send out the correct items to you.
