Buying On-line
There is no minimum order value at dichro-findings.co.uk. Buy as little, or as much as you like.
To see a more detailed decription of each of our pieces just select a category from the column on the left or the category link boxes on the home page and then 'Click' on the picture or item title in the product list that appears.
To view a larger image of the piece you have selected 'Click' on the small thumbnail image to the right of the detailed description.
Choose your items by clicking the “Buy Now” button or the “Add To Cart” button to add them to your shopping cart
When you have finished buying, either click on the shopping cart icon in the top right of the screen or on the “Cart Contents” link.
The next screen shows you a list of purchases and allows you to alter the quantity of each item to allow you to increase or decrease the quantity you want to purchase. Don’t forget to update the cart contents - you do this by clicking the “Update” button. You can change quantities, delete and remove items from your shopping cart at anytime before checkout. If an item is marked "Out Of Stock" try reducing the quantity and Update your cart. If the item is still out of stock then you will need to delete it and update your shopping cart before you can proceed to checkout.
At checkout customers will be asked to confirm their address and shipping address. Please make sure that these are fully correct before proceeding to make payment.
To save your shopping cart, log in to your account to add your cart to your account. After you log out, your cart is saved.
If you don't have an account with us, then please note that the items in your shopping cart will be deleted after approx 10 mins when you leave the site, so, if you need to keep items in your shopping cart to make your purchase at a later time/date, then you will need to create an account.
Buying Via Email
Only available to customers with registered accounts. We only accept payments via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal Account Holders. We do NOT accept payments by cheque, cash or postal orders. Goods will not be shipped until payment is received.
Email us to place your order. We will need the product code and description, the quantity of each item and your shipping details and email address. Once we have received your emailed order, we will create a manual order on our system for you and we will then email an invoice to you with the order details and a link to make payment via the PayPal payment portal. To make payment click on the link and follow the payment instructions. You do not need a PayPal Account to make payment in this way - please see the notes below on making payment online via the PayPal payment portal. Once payment for your order is received you will then receive an email from us confirming your order.
Emailed orders may not be dealt with the day the email is received.
Telephoned/emailed orders for one-off purchases are treated as special orders. Stock to meet the order may not be immediately available and customers may have to wait a short while for their order to be filled and shipped. Customers will be advised of order filling, shipping dates and shipping costs via email.
Telephoned/emailed special order, one-off purchases, will not be shipped until full payment has been received. If such orders are to be paid in full via PayPal then a 2.5% fee will be charged for processing the payment via PayPal. All telephoned/emailed special orders will be confirmed by email and any such order placed by a customer will be deemed to be a confirmed order and subject to the Laws of England and Wales.
Paying On-line

Debit or Credit Card (Available to all customers) Via PayPal
Go to your shopping cart by clicking on "Cart Contents". When you are happy with the quantities and items in your shopping cart, click on the Checkout Button  and then in the Delivery Information Screen confirm your delivery details and shipping method. Click on the Continue Button  to proceed to the payment screen. We use PayPal to process credit and debit card transactions and PayPal account holder payments. On the payment screen confirm that the billing address details are correct, enter any discount code you may have and click on the Continue Button .
You will then be re-directed to PayPal so that your payment can be securely processed. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment via PayPal, simply follow the onscreen instructions. This snapshot of the PayPal payment screen shows how to make your payment by credit/debit card.
Using your PayPal Account to make payment - Log in to your PayPal account using the "Log In To PayPal" section of the payment screen. After authorising your payment Please Wait Until PayPal Automatically Returns You To Our Web Site To Confirm Your Order Before Moving To Another Site.
Using your Credit or Debit Card to Make Payment - Click on "Continue" next to the credit card icons on the PayPal payment screen and enter your details as requested. Please note that if you use a credit or debit card which is linked to your PayPal account then payPal will automatically require you to log in and use your Paypal account to make payment. After authorising your payment please click on the Orange "Return To Merchant" button on the screen to return to our website and confirm your order.
Please do not terminate the transaction on the PayPal web site, doing so means your order is not confirmed with us. Our order system automatically refunds the payment and cancels the unconfirmed order.
Once you return to our website after making payment, you will then receive an emailed receipt for your purchase which will confirm the order number, products purchased and shipping details. We will email you to confirm your order and its shipping date. There is NO charge to you for using PayPal.
PayPal offers a secure method by which Credit Card and Debit Card transactions can be processed. No information is retained on or through our web site and we have no access to your personal information, this is only available to PayPal who are regulated by legal codes of conduct.
