Our policy is to provide quality products and excellent customer service at competitive prices. Our philosophy is simple - the more we sell the better the prices on the site will get, because we will pass on the increased discounts from our suppliers to our customers by reducing the on-site prices as we go. In addition to this philosophy, we will allow registered account customers to benefit from our discount structure based on loyalty as well as order values.

Terms & Conditions
Customer Loyalty Discounts are only available to registered account customers and are entirely at the discretion of dichro-findings. Other discounts may be available to all customers.
All invoiced expenditure (excluding shipping and shipping upgrade costs) in one year (1st March to 28th Feb) as a registered account customer will contribute towards building a customer loyalty discount with us. Once the invoiced amount reaches the above levels we will email you with your Discount Coupon Code for the relevant discount level. If a customers spend levels fall in subsequent years, the Customer Loyalty Discount level awarded to the customer will fall to the appropriate discount level for that spend level.
Accounts are reviewed at the end of each calendar month.
Loyalty Discounts are applied through the use of Discount Coupon Codes entered into the Coupon Redemption box during the checkout process and apply to all purchases with no restriction on the amount spent in a purchase.
It is the customers responsibility to enter the Discount Coupon Code during the checkout process.
Customers who do not enter the relevant Discount Coupon Code during the checkout process for any individual purchase will not receive their discount for that purchase, but for registered account customers their purchase will still contribute to their overall annual spend for calculation of Customer Loyalty Discount purposes. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively after a purchase has been completed.

Telephoned/emailed orders for one-off purchases are treated as special orders. Stock to meet the order may not be immediately available and customers may have to wait a short while for their order to be filled and shipped. Customers will be advised of order filling, shipping dates and shipping costs via email.
Telephoned/emailed special order, one-off purchases, will not be shipped until full payment has been received. If such orders are to be paid in full via PayPal then a 2.5% fee will be charged for processing the payment via PayPal. All telephoned/emailed special orders will be confirmed by email and any such order placed by a customer will be deemed to be a confirmed order and subject to the Laws of England and Wales. |
